Changmin 2AM Talks About His Diet Experience

In 'Life Star Theater' on KBS dated March 23, Changmin talking honestly about his experiences in losing weight.
After spending his days with 2AM, reporter realized when other members with the free eating ramen as a snack between main meal, Changmin insisted on eating a chicken breast or sausage.
Changmin explains, "Long ago I weighed over 100 kg. I managed to lose my weight to 18 pounds in three weeks and about 30 pounds in six weeks. I only ate two pieces of tofu and ran six hours a day. Afterwards, I eat healthy foods and exercise often to maintain my weight. "
He continued, "As a singer, exposing myself in public is part of the job. The stage is not just about your music, because the stage is actually a combination of visual and sound. "
For four years, Changmin woke up at 6:30 and make sure to exercise regularly on the sidelines of a busy schedule.
