Multitalented actor Lee Seung Gi will perform at the international level. He will be one of the torchbearers in the Olympic Games this year.
This was confirmed by Seung Gi's agency Hook Entertainment. Lee Seung Gi will carry the torch at the Olympics that will be held in London, July.
"Lee Seung Gi was selected as torchbearer for the London Olympics in July. Details regarding the time is not disclosed," said a Hook's spokeswoman to AllKPop reported on Wednesday (14/03/2012).
Lee Seung Gi was selected because he was ambassador for Samsung actually for a special kimchi refrigerator. Samsung became the main sponsor at the Olympics.
Previous Hangeng 'Super Junior' was also a torch bearer in the Beijing Olympics in 2008. At that time Hangeng become the first boyband personnel to be Olympic torchbearers.
