Happy 500k Sales Super Junior MR SIMPLE

Super Junior's fifth album MR SIMPLE success with album sales which has hit a record number of over 500 thousand pieces. Based on the Gaon on 13th of April, MR SIMPLE which was released on August 3, 2011 has sold 502 830 copies in late March 2012. This figure of course, prove the success of the Super Junior.

Album sales record of 500 thousand copies so far only been achieved by the two artists namely Kim Gun Mo in 2003 with his album HESTORY, and TVXQ in 2008 with their fourth album, Mirotic. Immediately after MR SIMPLE release, this album does not just dominate the Korean music charts, but also Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, and several other countries.

As reported by Allkpop.com, Super Junior had also been has a record in Taiwan with the song Bonamana. In Taiwan, Bonamana had won the number 1 position on music charts unmitigated KKBOX for 63 weeks! Mr Simple songs seemed to be following the success of Bonamana because until now the song has been in first place in the same chart for 34 weeks without ever being displaced.

Super Junior who is currently busy carrying out their world tour, had earlier toured Asia as much as 3 times and has collected more than 500 thousand fans from around the world. After a successful concert in Paris, Super Junior is now ready to continue their concert to Shanghai, China, on April 14, and Jakarta, on 28 and 29 April.
