Shinhwa Dominates Real Time Chart With 'Venus'

Shinhwa has made a successful comeback by getting the first position in real time charts.

The group released their tenth album 'The Return' on March 23, and reached the first position in real time charts like Mnet, Bugs Music, Olleh Music and Melons.

Even before its official release, 30,000 albums have been ordered, and as expected, their new album have improved a great deal of interest from the fans. Its main track, 'Venus' is produced by Andrew Jackson who had worked with artists such as Britney Spears and Leona Lewis, and the lyrics written by Lee Min Woo in personnel. In the teaser music video of this song, the personnel changed into a vampire to looking for Venus, goddess of beauty.


Shinhwa always been known for their powerful performances, and the fans are currently waiting to see other powerful choreography for this song. According to their agency, the song 'Venus' has a sense of 'fast, full of dreams and mystical'. Choreography of this song is very complex and powerful. The personnel have been practicing a lot to show the powerful performance similar to their last performance, 'Brand New'.

In 2006, Shinhwa promote the theme song for their eighth album entitled, 'Once in a Lifetime' is a ballad and not promoting their upbeat song 'Run' from the ninth album released in 2008. but the performance for 'Venus' is first time for Shinhwa to dance again after almost eight years.

Their first performance will be shown in their solo concert 'The Return' which will be held at Seoul Olympic Park Stadium on March 24 to 25.
