The song is performing a sad romantic story that brought Tiffany with an emotional vocal. The song is clearly a song that tells a pair of lovers who are on the verge of breakup.
Because of You sung by Tiffany and Love Rain sung by Jang Geun Suk is actually the same song. Love Rain-arranged to express the feelings of happiness and packed brighter, while the Because of You arranged to be more sad.
